About Kevin

With 16 years of business specific language and performance experience,  Kevin’s unique approach has seen him increase company performance at various language schools by up to 300%.  During his time at Pilgrims Language School, he transformed the Business English program into a world class coaching centre with the highest feedback ranking in the company’s group of 20 schools. 

His extensive coaching training includes the Landmarks Curriculum for Living and Paul McKenna’s NLP training in ‘train the trainer’, and his continual thirst for new knowledge and fundamental coaching approaches makes his training, research and development ongoing. 

In addition to his language coaching, Kevin is also a Level 4 Alpine Ski Development coach with 30 years experience training hundreds of ski instructors.
